It was designed by Biglin Architectural Group and built by Dugally Oberfeld. It is owned by Joe C. Wen, who is the president of Sakura Paper Inc. of Cypress, a provider of fine paper for such items as event invitations. It features approximately 55,000 square feet of living space, making it one of the largest single family homes in America.
