Canadian billionaire businessman and philanthropist Daryl Katz has purchased a 6-acre estate in Malibu, California for $120 million, which makes it the most expensive property ever sold in Los Angeles county. Katz bought it from businessman Kurt Rappaport, who is the co-founder and CEO of Beverly Hills-based Westside Estate Agency. It features 20,000 square feet of living space and a 168′ lap pool. $85 million is for the home and $35 million is for the contents of the home.
