Power couple Jay-Z & Beyonce have reportedly put a $120 million offer on a newly built modern mega mansion located at the end of Cuesta Way in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The home was designed by renowned McLean Design and features approximately 30,000 square feet of living space. It is currently a pocket listing with a list price of $135 million.
The couple have previously rented other homes in the area (mostly modern ones) and were recently rumored to have put an offer on the infamous Spelling Mansion (currently on the market for $200 million).
