This entertainment filled estate is located in Newtown, PA. Dubbed “Weatherfield”, the estate features a renovated 9,400 square foot main residence and a 2,500 square foot pool house. It was named the “Biggest, Baddest House” by the Crestron Home Integrations Awards. The lower level of the main house features a 2-lane bowling alley, game room, home theater, wet bar and more. Outside features a swimming pool and stone patio. The pool house (which is connect to the main house by a breezeway) was designed by Archer & Buchanan and resembles a 19th Century barn on the outside, with stone gable end walls and timber framing. Inside features a 2-story living room with built-in spa, huge stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen, bathroom and a loft.
