From James – It’s a French Manor Style around 23,000 sq.ft. It will boast a 5 car garage, 2 formal dinning rooms,1 breakfast room,a formal reception room, a great room, family room, game room, conservatory, ballroom, spa, gym, outdoor pool with hot tub spa, tennis/ basket ball court,man made pond, gardens, and much more… the master suite will occupy one of the entire upper wings about 1,500 sq.ft….6-10 bedrooms, 7-10 full baths 4 half baths(not including servants rooms) 3rd floor will have servants quarters and storage…. I almost have the Foyer finished im still toying with the decor as you can probably see. i should have it fully completed in a few weeks-1-2 months.
