It is being built by well-known entrepreneur, Pankaj Oswal,and may possibly be up for sale after financial difficulties put Oswal’s fertilizer company in receivership. It is located in the exclusive Peppermint Grove neighborhood of Perth, Australia and will include a temple, huge gym, an observatory with a revolving roof and parking for 17 cars. The Oswals’ bought the land for $22.7 million. Once you include construction costs, the total cost rises to a staggering $70 million. If they do happen to sell it, they will most likely lose money as they will probably only get around $35 million for it according to a local expert.
