Here is the annual list of the 100 most expensive properties in the Dallas, TX metro area.
From D Magazine:
This information comes from Dallas Central Appraisal District assessments. In most cases, these are certified 2010 numbers. In some cases, we used 2011 proposed values, which don’t become final until later this month. Multiple contiguous accounts (we like to think of them as “compounds”) owned by individuals were added together. View them all, from 1 to 100, or click the top of a column to sort by size, age, and other statistics. Just try not to covet thy neighbor’s pad.
