In the world of luxury new builds, New Jersey seems to definitely be on top. Here’s yet another newly built mansion with quality finishes. The 10,000+ square foot home is located at 3 Stephen Drive in Englewood Cliffs. It boasts 6 bedrooms, 7 full and 3 half bathrooms, elevator, custom trim throughout, formal living and dining rooms, great room, breakfast room, gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry, 2 wet bars (one in master suite), recreational room, home theater and housekeepers quarters. It is listed at $3,149,000. Overall, I like this house very much. I do like all of the lighting fixtures as well as the colors used (not too much beige like there usually is). The cons are that it’s too close to the street and the home’s exterior is a bit odd.  Also, there is no swimming pool! For 3 million clams I expect a swimming pool with a spa!
