I’m sure all of you are aware of this 25,000 square foot home by now. It is located at 10501 Chapel Road in Potomac, MD and was designed by renowned architect Jon Neufeld. It hit the market back in July of last year with an asking price of $15,000,000 and was still under construction at the time. It was then taken off  the market and re-listed 4 months later with the same asking price. Well, the home just hit the market again with a reduced price of $12,500,000, which currently makes it most expensive home on the market in Potomac. The home boasts a motor court with fountain, 4+ car garage, 9 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, massive foyer with dual staircases, a grand salon with 16 ft. ceilings, 2 dining rooms, 3 kitchens, mahogany library, a home theater, an indoor spa, staff quarters, lower level recreational room with fireplace and bar, expansive terraces, loggia, cabana, outdoor swimming pool and much more. I find the master bathrooms/closets and the lower level very disappointing.
