The seller was WBR Associates LLC, which is controlled by software magnate Robert Zangrillo. The 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom home was built by Silich Construction in 2007 and boasts a 3-car garage, 563 square foot guest house with 2-car garage, 4769 square foot, six-stall bar, wine cellar, home theater, gym and much more.
