All I can say is WOW!! Thanks to a Homes of the Rich reader for the tip. I can find nothing wrong with this home, it’s just so beautiful! It just hit the market for a cool $18,499,000, making it the 2nd most expensive home in the area. It is located at 25220 Walker Road in Hidden Hills, CA. With a little over 21,000 square feet, it is the largest in the area of huge homes. The French Normandy style is right up my alley, what about you guys? The home boasts a magnificent custom double bridal staircase, a glass elevator, a huge gourmet kitchen, a formal living room, 9 bedroom suites, 16 bathrooms, a spa, a bar area with lounge, a breathtaking home theater, a 2-story gym, a 2-story wine cellar, and an exceptional outdoor living area with swimming pool, cabana, grill area, and a movie theater screen. There is also a subterranean garage (currently occupied with a Bentley, Rolls Royce, and a Maserati!) This home has it all. There are so many fine details, an array of colors, and exceptional craftsmanship in this magnificent stunner. It feels so welcoming and not cold like other mega mansions. I think it is well worth the price and I would buy this home in a heartbeat. Just WOW!!!!
