The infamous “Le Reve” Estate in Georgia has been re-listed with a lower asking price. Originally on the market for a whopping $45,000,000, the home is now only $28,000,000. This puts it on par with another well known mega estate; the Champ d’Or Estate in Denton, TX. Le Reve is located at 2015 Trammel Road in Cumming, GA and contains 47,000 square feet of living space. At a cost of $50 million to build, I say that the home is pretty much a bargain. Along with the new asking price are some new pictures. I love the ballroom with it’s beautiful shiny marble floor!
