Lennon Ledbetter is currently involved in Quixtar, a multi-level marketing company and is the founder of Teambuilders, in which he helps to motivate people and help strive for success. I guess that all that hard work payed off and now he is living the dream! The home belonged to noted attorney Keith Barton. Keith had put it on the market for a cool $14.9 million. There were no interested buyers and so the home went into foreclosure. The bank later auctioned off the house and it sold to Lennon for the paltry price of $7 million, considering that the home’s value hovers around the $20 million mark. The magnificent and stately mansion, especially by Utah standards, comes complete with exquisite craftsmanship and a grand spacious floorplan. The 7 bedroom, 13 bathroom home contains a grand foyer with curved staircase, numerous chandeliers throughout, a music room, a massive 2-story great room with floor to ceiling windows, a grand ballroom, dining room with gold leaf trim, gourmet kitchen with separate catering kitchen and pantry, family room, 2-story library with spiral staircase, a barber shop, a lounge, an ice cream parlor, a home theater, and a swimming pool.
