It is going to be New Jersey’s largest thoroughbred race horse breeding facility. The exterior of the house is made of Jerusalem stone, slate and mahogany. There is an English conservatory that anchors one end of the home. The mansion has a porte- cochere and an amazing backyard with an enormous pool house.
