Gary Kompothecras is a wealthy chiropractor who also runs 1-800-ASK-GARY, a “medical and lawyer referral service” operating in Florida. He owns this whopping 29,948 square foot Beaux-Arts style mega mansion on Point of Rocks Road on Siesta Key in Sarasota, FL. It was built by Steven Bramley Construction and is valued at at $7.4 million. It boasts 7 bedrooms, bowling alley and a subterranean garage.

Here is a 9 minute long video tour of the Stone Mansion estate located in Alpine, NJ. It is by far my favorite home of all time! It is currently on the market for a whopping $56 million. I think that the home has been marketed quite well so far. It has its own website, floor plans and numerous video tours. Now I just need to take a tour of it myself!

The last time we talked about the well-known Updown Court estate, it was heaved back onto the market in June of this year with a price tag of £75,000,000 or $123,120,000.  After being on and off market for 6 long years, with a listing high of $143.5 million, it now has a new price tag…..$65,000,000.
