Last month we wrote about a mega mansion we came across that’s located off of Nutt Road in Centerville, OH. It features a man-made lake, a circular driveway with motor court fountain and a 4+ car garage with porte-cochere. We just received a tip on who owns the home as well as a link to more pictures. According to HOTR reader Brian, the home is owned by Shery Oakes, who owns Design Homes & Development Company.

We love to showcase newly built mega mansions, whether they are for sale or not. This one isn’t, which means there aren’t any interior pictures, however it’s still nice to look at it! It’s located off of Nutt Road inCenterville, Ohio. It features a man-made lake, a circular driveway with motor court fountain and a 4+ car garage with porte-cochere. It it easily over 20,000 square feet. I like the symmetricalness of it and love the fact that it’s situated on a large amount of land. That’s how is should be for a house of this size!

Scott’s home is the largest and most expensive home in Northeast Ohio. The estate, dubbed Ravencrest, was designed by Anthony Paskevich & Associates and built by Pistone and Tesauro. The home was listed at #2 on the top 250 homes by Cleveland Magazine back in 2008. The huge English country inspired mansion’s exterior is made of old barn stones, stucco, brick and limestone. Inside, you’ll find a grand yet simple foyer that contains Jerusalem wood floors. The first level contains a master retreat, living room, dining room, hearth room, music room, and large gourmet kitchen. The home has almost every amenity imaginable. This 50,000 square foot mega mansion was recently featured on HGTV’s Million Dollar Rooms. Some of you may already remember this house as I posted it a few years back in the 2nd edition of “A look at some Mansions”. It is located at Niles Cortland Road NE in Cortland, OH and is owned by Brian and Kim Ross. Brian owns his own development corporation. The property features a main house, gate/guest house, 3 ponds, basketball court and a tennis court. The massive house features a grand double staircase, 2-story great room, 2-story library, indoor swimming pool, home theater, 50′s style retro diner and 2 huge climate-controlled garages. The Mayan-themed indoor pool, built inside a glass-ceilinged atrium, is the most expensive room in the house. The space was inspired by a trip the homeowners took to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. It features Mayan-ruin replicas, waterfalls, spa, palm trees, rope swing and a waterslide. The home theater features a ticket kiosk, theater doors and lobby display posters.
