Mansion #2 – Pictures #5-8 - This 16,200 square foot mansion is located on Bella Terra Place in Granite Bay, CA. It is owned by Mehran Sabbaghian, who owns web-hosting service Lanset America Corporation.
Mansion #3 – Pictures #9-12 - These two side-by-side mansions are owned by the Fertitta Family. The one on the left (1st pic) is owned by Lorenzo Fertitta, the billionaire casino and MMA tycoon. Fertitta co-owns (with his brother Frank III) the Station Casinos chain founded by his father. He and his brother also co-own Zuffa LLC, which owns the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). His house is 13,400 square feet. The one on the right is owned by Frank’s mom, the widow of casino mogul and alleged Mafia member Frank Fertitta Jr. It is 15,300 square feet.
