#1 - Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are renting out their Hidden Hills, CA home for $50,000 a month. It is currently on the market for $12.99 million, but hasn’t had luck finding a buyer.

#3 - This 30,000 square foot modern mega mansion located on the exclusive Indian Creek Island in Miami Beach, FL has sold for $47 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in Miami. It boasts 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a panic room, large swimming pool, rooftop lawn and one of the state’s first in-home projection 3-D movie theaters. It was built by developers Shlomi Alexander and Felix Cohen and was first put on the market last year with an asking price at $60 million. It was then slashed to $52 million and went into contract in June.

Here is a look at some indoor swimming pools that I found on Houzz.com. Enjoy! I for one LOVE an indoor swimming pool and will most definitely have one in my dream home. I don’t want it to be in the lower level, but in a separate building attached to the main house. This way it can be grander and more spacious!

Pictured above is me standing in front of 2 New Jersey mansions that I’ve toured in the past year. Taking a picture like that really gives you a sense of huge these mansions really are!
