Home #1 – This home was shown by Morgan. Her home was one of the most talked about homes on the new season of Teen Cribs. It is owned by Tom and Rena. Tom is a custom home builder. Unfortunately, I do not know the address of the home, but I do know that it is located in Walton County, GA. The home was designed by Kirkland Architects. I heard from a reader that the home is up for sale, which would not be a surprise. The custom mansion boasts a jail, car of the month room, an 18 hole golf course, an indoor basketball court, baseball field with dugouts, paved go cart race track, and a petting zoo.

Home #2 – This home is owned by Robert and Margo Slade. Robert, who owns R L Slade Custom Homes, built the home for his family. It is located at 10399 Lakeshore Drive in Goodrich, MI. Like most of the homes shown on Teen Cribs, this home is for sale. It is listed at $10,000,000 and boasts 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms in over 15,000 square feet of living space.

The owner is Joe Farrell who owns Farrell Building Company (he builds mansions on Long Island). The 31,000 square foot home is on the market for $49,500,000 ( a $10 million price cut from before). It contains enormous 10,000 square foot lower level is a kid’s paradise. It contains a children’s playroom, a virtual golf room, a home theater, a 2-lane bowling alley, a tv room with 5 plasmas, a room with a half-pipe and rock climbing wall, an indoor basketball/racquetball court, a custom bar and disco, a subterranean garage with hydraulic lifts, and a spa facility with a steam, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage area. Known as the Cave House, this 17,000 home was put on Ebay for sale with a starting bid of $300,000. It includes an indoor roller rink that used to be a music venue/bomb shelter.

The home was show by teen Ashley Lyons. The home and surrounding farm belongs to her stepfather Bob Hoffman who has owned it since 1993 and runs a horse boarding business out of it.

This home belongs to Rodney P Hunt. Rodney is majority owner and co-founder of RS Information Systems, Inc., a mission-oriented business focused on information technology, systems engineering, telecommunications, and scientific services and solutions. The 20,000+ square foot home contains an indoor pool, a 2-lane bowling alley, and a huge indoor basketball court. President Obama visited the house for a fundraiser dinner.

The 16,000 square foot home boasts 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a home office/library, a hidden game room, a swimming pool, and much more. It is on the market for $5,875,000

The 40,000 square foot home was built In 1903 by a wealthy financier named Evans P. Dick. It is now owned by Lee Balter who is a  former investment banker and the chairman of the Tallix Foundry. A lavish residence in Ligonier Township, allegedly built with funds siphoned from investors and banks by officials of the now-bankrupt LeNature’s Inc. bottling plant in Latrobe, is up for sale at an asking price of $2.5 million.

Howard Hanna Real Estate of Ligonier has listed the unfinished mansion at $2.5 million, which requires a $500,000 down payment, according to the listing. The 24,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, eight half-baths, seven fireplaces that cost $70,000, and $3 million worth of millwork, according to Westmoreland County court records.

The structure is located off Route 711 in the Loyalhanna Plan.

The building was supposed to be a “training center” for LeNature’s employees, according to former LeNature’s CEO Gregory Podlucky, but court documents and architectural drawings indicate it was designed to be a home for Podlucky; his wife, Karla; and three children.

Podlucky, 49, was indicted in September by a federal grand jury on tax charges, and wire, bank and mail fraud, in connection with an alleged $806 million scheme to defraud investors.
