I’ve featured both of these homes before, however, there are now updated pictures of both of them. They sure have quite a lot in common. What do they both have in common? They are both newly built, located on the same street in Greenwich, CT, have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms and feature indoor basketball/squash courts! Also, they were both built by builder Mark Mariani, so that explains the similarities. I prefer house #1, what about you guys?

This over-the-top home theater is located in an Indianapolis, IN mansion and has it all! Modeled after the Mayfair theater in Asbury Park, NJ, this exquisite setup includes a box office, lobby, restroom and concession stand. The lobby boasts limestone steps, limestone walls, a fiber-optic ceiling, antique-style marquee and a ticket booth. The concession stand features a display case with candy, antique cash register and a 1940s Manley popcorn machine.
