Bristol Properties is a luxury home builder based out of Greenwich, CT. While they mostly build homes in the Greenwich area, they have also built homes in Aspen and St. Barts. The gorgeous homes pictured above are all located in Greenwich. I absolutely LOVE the first one. The interior is fantastic!! It was listed back in September of 2008 for $12,750,000.

Kulick development specializes in high end custom residential construction. They work predominantly in Bergen County. They have built amazing homes in Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Mahwah, and Franklin Lakes. Home #4 is my favorite out of all their projects. The exterior is charming and has lots of character.
