This Mediterranean style villa is located in Guangzhou, China in the Favorview Palace Development. It was designed by Beausoleil Architects with interiors done by Hirsch Bedner of Los Angeles. It features 30,000 square feet of living space with separate guest quarters and pool house. The exterior is without a doubt over-the-top, so I’m curious to see if the interior is the same. I do like the height of the home, however, I wish there were more appealing architectural elements. Also, I do not like the exterior color nor the windows.

The Sandalwood Estates is a gated community located in Shanghai, China that features 18 lavish villa with an average living space of 16,000 square feet. They all boast Western and Chinese style kitchens, libraries, home theaters, indoor swimming pools and classic landscaped gardens. The project was designed by WATG Architects in association with FSC Architects.

These ultra-luxurious mansions are located in the Sheshan Golf Club in Shanghai, China. The course was designed by Nelson & Haworth Design and it plays to a par of 72 and measures 7,143 yards. It boasts townhomes, villas and the mansions pictured above. They were designed by WATG Architects. Wow, beautiful! They look like mansions that are located in Russia, dont they?

Developers in Beijing, China are building an uber luxurious residential community boasting 39 Palladian style mega mansions. Dubbed, The Mentougou Estate, the homes will be ready by the end of next year costing a minimum of £10,000,000!! (or $15.6 million). With the way the market is right now, it will be interesting to see how many of these actually sell!
