Boxing promote Don King has sold his Manalapan, FL compound for $15,900,000. The gated property boasts 300 feet of ocean frontage, 2 residences, two entrances, a gatehouse, tennis court, two swimming pools and a cabana. The total square footage of the main house and guest house is a whopping 41,030 and boasts a total of 11 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms. It was on the market for 45 days and is the highest sale made this year in Manalapan. Don bought the 3-acre estate in 1999 with his late wife, Henrietta King, for $7.8 million. He tried selling it back in 2009 with an asking price of $27.5 million.

Pop Superstar Britney Spears recently bought an $18.9 million mansion located in Hidden Hills, CA. Before buying it, she lived in this gorgeous French Chateau style mansion which she leased back in 2008 when it was listed at $9.9 million. The owners have now put it back on the market with an price tag of $7,999,000. It i located at 25305 Prado de Los Suenos in Calabasas, CA. It was built in 2007 and boasts 10,000 square feet of living space with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It also features a circular motor court, interior courtyard with Limestone fountain, home theater, wine cellar, two story octagon library tower with private office and bar, craft room, downstairs guest suite and a guest house pavilion with its own kitchen, living room , bath, and office. Comedian and Television host Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have quietly put their Beverly Hills, CA compound on the market for a whopping $60 million!!

FROM AUSTRALIA’S NINE MSN:

The couple was first rumoured to have put the multi-residence compound on the market in mid-February and Beverly Hills real estate sources recently revealed the hefty price tag to the Real Estalker blog.

The main home on the property, which includes a detached guest house, staff quarters and an underground garage, is rumoured to have been listed for US$49 million ($45 million).

But the entire compound, which includes the main house and two adjacent residences that were originally purchased as a privacy buffer, is reportedly on the market for US$60 million.

The 835-square-metre property sits above Coldwater Canyon. The couple first purchased the property in 2007 fromWill & Grace co-creator Max Mutchnick and his husband Erik Hyman.

DeGeneres and de Rossi spent around US$48 million ($44 million) on the multi-parcel property.

In the past 10 years DeGeneres has reportedly purchased and sold properties in Los Angeles, ranches in the Santa Ynez Valley and a George Washington Smith-designed mansion in Montecito, California.

The only other real estate holding the celebrity couple has is a US$10 million horse farm outside Westlake Village, California, and a two-bedroom condo in Beverly Hills bought in late 2010 for US$835,000 ($765,000), the Real Estalker reported.

#1 – Picture #1 – Billionaire Larry Ellison, founder of the Oracle Corporation, has purchased the 249-acre Rancho Mirage, CA estate known as Porcupine Creek. The estate boasts an amazing 19-hole golf course and resort style settings. Larry splurged a whopping $42,900,000 on the home and according to the lastest edition of Forbes, Larry is the 5th richest person in the world with a net worth of $39.5 billion! If you didn’t already know, the magnificent Porcupine Creek estate was built and owned by former billionaire Tim Blixseth. Tim put the home on the market for $75,000,000 back in 2008 and then lowered it to $55,000,000.

#2 – Picture #2 – Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, recently purchased a $12.2 million dollar beach front estate  in North Palm Beach, FL just ten miles from Tiger’s new $60 million mega estate. The 17,000 square foot mansion boasts 8 bedroom suites and a 4,700 square foot basement.

The 35-foot-wide French Gothic mansion boasts a limestone facade, 18,000 square feet of living space, 7 floors, elevator, 35-foot-wide library, formal dining room with room for 50 guests, a parlor floor with 14-foot-high ceilings, 10 bedrooms, 11 and a half bathrooms and three kitchens. The property can also be rented out for a whopping $210,000 per month.
