This contemporary residence is located at 42 Beverly Park Circle in the exclusive guard gated Beverly Park community in Los Angeles, CA. It was built back in 2008 and designed by Landry Design Group. If you recall, the home right next door (40 Beverly Park Circle) was also designed by Landry Design Group and built around the same time. 40 Beverly Park is around 27,000 square feet, so I would guess this home is around the same size.
