Holy Moly!!!!!!! Richard Kurtz’s 30,000 square foot mega-mansion, located at 1 Frick Drive off of Closter Dock Road in Alpine, NJ, has gone back on the market with an insane asking price of $68 Million. This makes it the most expensive real estate listing in New Jersey history. If you don’t know already, Kurtz, who owns Kamson Corporation, purchased the entire 60-acre Frick estate for $58 million back in 2006.
