This lavish mega mansion, dubbed Taj-on-Swan, has been under construction for the past 2 years and is still not finished. It is being built by well-known entrepreneur, Pankaj Oswal,and may possibly be up for sale after financial difficulties put Oswal’s fertilizer company in receivership.
