This contemporary residence is located at 42 Beverly Park Circle in the exclusive guard gated Beverly Park community in Los Angeles, CA. It was built back in 2008 and designed by Landry Design Group. If you recall, the home right next door (40 Beverly Park Circle) was also designed by Landry Design Group and built around the same time. 40 Beverly Park is around 27,000 square feet, so I would guess this home is around the same size. Antoher tidbit: 40 Beverly Park Circle sold for $31.5 million in 2009!

Oliver Cope Architect is an award-wining architectural design firm located in New York City that specializes in classically American homes in a variety of historical styles. They designed trader Steven Schonfeld’s $90 million estate in Old Westbury, NY (picture #1). Steven’s estate boats a massive main house, guest house, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pool and a 9-hole golf course. It’s situated right next to the New York Institute of Technology.
