The exterior is extremly bland, but the interior is pretty alright. Weird location to built a mansion though…

they need to spend a lot of money on landscaping that property. it needs many additions to the rear grounds. also, architecturally the exterior is very ugly. gotta wonder why someone skimped on so many important things.

Hey, dumbass architect! You don’t just plop an oversized pediment on columns. Between the columns and the pediment is the entablature containing the appropriate elements of the architrave, etc. Then you place a properly scaled pediment atop. This elevation is a catastrophe, front and back. The interior is a weird combination of embellishment and plain vanilla that doesn’t mix well. Tear it down, start again, and this time, pay attention to scale, continuity, and a whole representative of the sum of its parts.

Hmm, I like this one. It could have a little more exterior appeal, I guess, but the interior is good, and the price is good for this range of mansion. My biggest objection is that the indoor pool is a little weird — a narrow lap pool with a waterfall? I’d rather have less deck and more pool, and then the waterfall wouldn’t seem so strange.

Overall, I like the interior focus on livability and usage instead of just looking fancy.
