Glorious architecture, solid construction. The office, master bedroom, wine cellar, and indoor pool are very nicely and creatively done, HOWEVER, (I hate that word), the foyer, living room and dining room are inexplicably weak, so weak they would embarrass a home half this price. Three stars, and that’s a gift.

If there’s only ‘walking distance’ between mega-mansions, that means the lots are way too small.

I actually agree with horselips (gag) Denzel Washington’s is across the street. It looks like you could probably see in his windows from the backyard.

As far as egomaniacal shopping-malls-pathetically-masquerading-as-single-family-homes go, this one’s actually somewhat better than most that’ve been featured here. However (I love that word) labeling the foyer, living & dining rooms as “so weak that they embarrass homes half this price” is eternally mystifying. I guess there isn’t enough 32k gold leaf, 10 lb. velvet swag drapes with tassels, murals of angels & goddesses and solid calacatta marble floors in ’em.
