It seems to have everything a mega mansion should have and it is in a great location too.It has too many bathrooms, but I’m not complaining.

Is this home actually built? Or is it in the process of being built ?

Lots of pics of the back yard, which like – arched colonnades with balustrades, terraced levels, a proper rectangular pool suitable for laps and water sports (no, not those water sports). But there are no pictures of the front elevation. Wonder what’s wrong with it….

Well for starters, it appears the front elevation is actually on the side 🙂
I’d love to see floor plans for this one.

Well, at least they’re not asking $200+ millions for it, like some other developers/sellers would probably do.

This house brings up a question- What does a $150M house have that a $75M house doesn’t and what is a $50M house lacking over the $75M ?? ESPECIALLY when there’s no difference in lot size ! At what point are the builders only adding thousands in value, yet charging MILLIONS in price?
