$65 million! Ha Ha Ha. Sold in 2008 for $16.5 million, and, LOL, the Zestimate says it’s only worth half that today. I don’t think it’s worth half the Zestimate – after all it’s just a crummy apartment. I can almost hear the maid looking at that great room and glass staircase and glass balcony, “I don’t do windows.” I can understand the owner wanting out – who wants to live in a fishbowl? The views be damned, at some point you just want to look at a solid wall.

Unbelievably overpriced. Especially considering the size. 8,000 square feet is hardly small but you could get several acres and twice the square footage in places like Naples, Boca, Weston etc. for a fraction of the price.

    And Miami =/= New York

An absolute, heart-stopping showcase of ultra-modern beauty and impeccable design! However that price is, as mentioned by Rob below, BEYOND PSYCHOTIC. To think that ANYone with 1/1,000,000th of a brain would want to look at ocean going, commercial FREIGHTER SHIP MOORINGS & CRANES for that insane amount, IS insane.
