The foyer is a knockout. You can tell it’s classy because instead of a stupid little round table with a small flower pot on it, there’s a great big oval table with a gigantic flower arrangement on it. Yowza! As for the rest of it, the ornamentation and detailing is beautiful, but the ceilings are low, because of that the living room, master bedroom, etc., seem awfully cramped.

NOTHING about this house screams 40 mill. Not the location, the interior, the finish out- NADA! I’ll never understand why the “flats” of Beverly Hills is so popular….shoe-box zero lot line houses reminds me of Pelican Hill without the view. For 40 mill, put me north of Sunset with downtown/westwood/ocean view. Fkn 40 mill and it has an alley…PLEASE And yet some factory owner from Guangdong will pay asking price… Can’t wait for the LA housing bubble to pop again cause the balloons’ getting biiiiiiiiiiiiiig

Beautiful. Too bad about the laughably small lot and the fact that it’s in Commiefornia though. I’d say it’s about 20 million dollars overpriced.

Give me the same house on 5 acres in Texas or Florida in the suburbs of Dallas or in Boca/Naples/Palm Beach and it would be ideal and well worth the price IMO.
