This modern mega estate is located on Angelo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA. It is owned by Anthony Pritzker, the heir to the Hyatt Hotel Fortune and Managing Partner of the Pritzker Group. The home was designed by an architecture firm in Paris and built by Peter McCoy Construction

It consists of a 50,000 square foot main house, 3,335 square foot guest house, 1,250 square foot staff quarters and 525 square foot pool house. The focal point of the estate is the massive central courtyard/atrium. 

Outdoor features include a gated entrance, tons of parking space, terraces, swimming pool and a tennis court.

    The “Paris architect” makes no sense. How would he even know US/LA building codes? And as horselips says, no BH, let alone US architects available? Most mystifying is that the mansion is no masterpiece, but it doesn’t even seem to have an entrance facade. The entrance looks like a warehouse from the aerial. Just bizarre…
