There’s 2 kinds of lots that border on water – either you get a beach (‘beachfront’) or you get a boat dock (‘waterfront’) and this marvelous P.O.S. I know, I’m being picky, after al, it’s only listed at $29.5 million, and a dollar ain’t what it used to be.

The house is bleh, but get a clue— its on the WATER and has a dock. So again, you’re stupid.

I dunno. I looked at the aerial view map and zoomed in – the house next door has a dock projecting from the break into the water, but not this house, or the house right below it. Two houses down there’s a dock. Anyway, I checked out the street view and the neighborhood is garbage. This ‘mansion’ is right at the intersection and there are traffic lights and utility poles everywhere. It doesn’t look like any thirty-million dollar neighborhood I’d want to live in. It’s pure Barrio Bentley. As for me being stupid, nobody’s perfect.

Look at the master bathroom picture. You can see the dock. The house is brand new / under construction in the arial so to work off of that is ignorant.

The listing makes no mention of a dock under Facts or Features, so I emailed the agent. And yes, I am ignorant, that’s why I contacted the agent!

OK, heard from the listing office in Miami – YES! A boat dock was just completed, and it’s only visible in updated photos – not the ones we have here. Also, it’s a small dock, for boats 70 feet or under – hardly the kind of superyacht the buyer of this P.O.S. would likely own. It feels so good not to be ignorant, and just stupid. It’s a great time to be alive!

The fact that you, as an adult man, harass luxury listing agents with inane useless questions says a lot about your level of respect for other people. You sir, are an asshale.

Actually I did them a favor. Maybe they’ll update the listing description and pictures to include the late addition of the dock, and attract a serious buyer they might never have. Besides, if they had anything better to do they’d have done that instead of call me. I tied them up for less than 30 seconds. They’ll live.
One more thing, what is an asshale? Did you mean _hole or _hat? Inquiring minds want to know.

You’ll get your wish. I’ll definitely die. Any day now. We all will. Birth is fatal. Enjoy.
