Way too much white on the ground floor, and that modern art “thing” out front makes the place look smaller than it really is.

Agreed, totally. While my personal favorite styles of architecture in order are mid-century and art deco, this place is retina-blindingly WHITE and thus destroyed. And the exterior is ghastly.

I’d be happier if that multi-car garage were located around the side of the building or the rear. This is merely “unfortunate”. Ghastly is reserved for the Russian mega-mansions being built in excess of $10Million in the areas surrounding Moscow, LOL

Agreed about the garage but IMO, that’d be like putting lipstick on a pig. I really don’t mean to sound like an arrogant snob, but I’m a photographer that specializes in shooting high to very high end real estate for years now and have shot some incredibly beautiful and incredibly awful homes. I also have a sophisticated and clear understanding of what truly good residential architecture is and the VAST majority of mcmansions built in this country from the past 30 years have been ghastly. But you’re DEFINITELY still right about those nightmares in Russia…..they’re indescribably VILE! 🙂
