The concept of an “Inglenook-on-steroids” used in the great room and lounge is creative and very nicely done. I like the galley-style layout in the kitchen. I like the traditional-looking fireplaces (instead of the long, thin, Bunsen-burner-BBQ-gas-jet fakes so often found in ‘modern’ efforts). OK, I admit it, I like this contemporary mansion much more than most. I would replace the glass panels in the dining room with stained or beveled glass for elegance’s sake, and tint the glass over the indoor pool. Bottom line – One thumb up.

I like it quite a bit, but I don’t care for the sunken in floors and all those couches that are designed to fill in the space. That indoor and outdoor pool though is fantastic.
