Eight bedrooms but just seven full baths? Gee whiz, with over 8,000 sq. ft. and millions of dollars to play with, the architect couldn’t find 40 sq. ft. to give that last bedroom its own facilities? Kidding me? In 2015 this dump listed for $4.9 million. Real estate prices, nationally, have increased since last year, and now it is relisted for $4.3 million. Is it even possible to determine what this property is truly worth, or is the greedy seller, his corrupt agent, and their crooked appraiser just hoping to screw some clueless Lotto winner? The HOTR posting says it was built in 2010, the listing says 1957. Note to Buyer: Don’t believe a word the seller says, and if this thing really is 60 years old, make sure you get a helluva H.O.W.
