We see a lot of listings here in this price range, most all are bad jokes compared to this gorgeous palace. The buyer made a helluva good deal, and considering the breathtaking landscaping and 17 acre property that came with the mansion, got more than his money’s worth.

You’re smoking crack if this is a “gorgeous palace.” The landscaping is very nice, yes. But the house has no architectural merit and is high end Home Depot quality at best.

I know what you mean. The outside looks pretty generic and plain. I personally like gothic style. I never did care for the generic, suburban home design. This definitely doesn’t look like a palace. For one, palaces are usually built with stone.
