How completely refreshing. This listing breaks all the rules regarding true, ocean-access waterfront property. Instead of the usual “1/8 acre lot and 4000 sq. ft. house for $10 million” that we see here so often, we’re treated to a very large lot, its own peninsula even. And a bona-fide mansion enclosing 13,000 square feet. We delight in the fully developed, lavish outdoor facilities. We are comforted by the privacy. (Both features owners of tiny lots can only dream about.) And we are not insulted by the asking price. For all this property has to offer, we find it fair … and tempting. Now, where did I put that Lotto ticket?
