A poor design for the size and the price. The house has no impressive frontage – it’s way too narrow – the elevation is appropriate to a home half the size. I also find the design incompetent – aside from the foyer, the upstairs rooms are located directly over the main public rooms downstairs, thus leaving no opportunity for high volume spaces. For over $20 million dollars, this mansion should include numerous monumental rooms, alas, there are none. There are also no alfresco facilities at all – no loggia, no outdoor kitchen, nothing. And is that a 1-car garage I see on the floor plan? Kidding me?
