Breathtaking and mouthwatering. The good news is it’s brand new construction – living proof that noble architecture, brilliant design, and skilled craftsmanship are not lost arts. With the luxurious 5.4 acre lot and converting the basketball court into an indoor pistol / archery range, we have a winner.

Very nice. The front has nice features – it’s a shame they didn’t use them on the rear of the house.

This is so… american. And not in the good sense of the word. I’ll take contemporary any day over this, and I don’t even like contemporary.

I like the architecture of the home and the exterior, but the interior is an ostentatious display of wealth and vulgarity designed to appeal to new money and men with small penises. Humm PERFECT for Donald Trump ! He and his buddy Jeffrey Epstein could have a different underage girl waiting in each of the 8 bedrooms !

Rumor is that a transition team member is looking at it. It’s a monstrosity … just needs gold leaf

One of them is going to nowhere, ha ha. Regardless of the criticism, none of us is probably in a position to buy that house, but I must say that I love it.

  • Tacky is the best description, don’t ever try to build a new so called château.

I love the approach because of the mature trees, but the blacktop really detracts. It should have pavers from the garage all the way to the gate for 14 million. I can’t stand the front-facing garage. Any house above 10 million shouldn’t have a front exposure garage. The front exterior is nice, but the back of this “mansion” is clearly lacking character. The two story rotunda foyer is so far over the top to the point that it’s just garish! The wrought iron is positively ugly. A bridal staircase would have been a much better use of the rotunda space and give this house a statement staircase. I do like the lot size. I agree with Dippity Dude, this is not a château.
