I getting sick and tired of the builder/developer gimmick that all they need is a small waterfront lot and they can then build any dinky little house they want on it, and still sell it for millions of dollars. This pleasant little ripoff is nice enough outside, especially the covered pool area, but the interior is nothing but drywall and paint, costing next to nothing to construct. Altogether, this is maybe a $2 million effort, and the asking price should land the sellers and especially the appraisers, in jail.
