But, Horselips, it’s in frigging Texas. Shithole of the Republic.

Nonsense. I lived in Dallas from 1978-1984, made great money, had a great time, until the kids came home from school saying things like “fixing to” and “y’all.” They were also acquiring an accent. It was then that we ran for our lives back to Arizona. The true “Shithole of the Republic” isn’t Texas, that’s still a land of opportunity, and the people are still free. California, on the other hand, is a land of totalitarian-progressive tyranny, extreme political correctness, high taxation, rampant illegal immigration, sanctuary cities by the dozen, foaming-at-the-mouth gun control – you can have it. My state, Arizona, is a land of both opportunity and freedom, although taxation is beginning to get up there. If you want to make a small fortune in Arizona, just start with a large one. I’m much happier in a “Red State” than I would be in a “Blue State” like the PRC. Here we enjoy Constitutional Carry, no bans on any weapons or limits on magazine capacity, if you’re a gun freak like I am there’s no better place to be. We also have just 2 seasons – summer and Christmas Day – I like that.

A promising exterior unfortunately reveals both a dark and cold interior making this an awful property.
