Guess, Inc. co-founder Armand Marciano has sold his Beverly Hills, CA mansion for $32.67 million. Armand first listed the home back in 2011 for $63 million. It has been on and off the market ever since then.

The Mediterranean style mega mansion is located at 9904 Kip Drive and is situated on 20 acres of land. It features approximately 30,000 square feet of living space with 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, 2-story foyer with staircase, elevator, formal living & dining rooms, gourmet kitchen, family room, library, game room, home theater, wine cellar, gym, 11+ car garage and more.

Outdoor features include a gated entrance, swimming pool, pool house, tennis court, formal gardens and an orchard.
