The woodworking throughout is simply glorious. Very nice cabinetry, paneling and framing. So is the phony-baloney stone veneers at the entrance and loggia, and all over the front elevation. I like the look of this mansion. Needless to say, it’s priced at twice the nearby comps, and the HOA fee of $600/month is grand theft. Oh yeah – no elevator – unforgiveable at this level.

Stone veneers have to be used to reduce the risk of falling rock during earthquakes. This house is near me, needless to say, overpriced, but they will be close to getting it when it sells. In the current market here, it should sell fast.
