    There is just something about those old french mansions… Very desirable, without any doubt. The location (4th arrondissement) is also very good, but not exactly the best ever. It’s a great historical setting for sure, but there isn’t really anything “exclusive” about it anymore. Apparently it would appeal to rich asians more than to europeans… It’s easy to understand why.
