Thank goodness they repainted the interior and re-staged the place. Although impersonal, I think it is much more pleasing to the eye. As for the home, I love the architecture and quality. Compared to other west Boca mansions, this one really stands out. Le Lac is a lovely community, and I don’t think this is overbuilt for the neighborhood. With that said, I think the asking price would be more realistic if the home were situated on the big, main lake in the middle of the community, and not the private pond it’s on. A newly built home on the northern lake recently sold for $9.9 Million, and it’s 20K square-feet total. I think the home could sell for near it’s 2012 asking price.

I really like this mansion, inside and out. The architecture and the décor are lovely. The grounds are spectacular. This place offers a much more gracious and private lifestyle than that Beverly Hills mansion shoehorned onto an acre in the previous post – and at half the listed price.
