    Tremendous estate, for sure. While looking at pictures, it definitely leads me to feel as if I live in another world… until I come back to reality. That hardly ever happens. It might sell down the road for maybe around $30 million. There’ve been quite a few high end deals in the area as of late. 7 sales for $10 million or more in past 6 months for Montecito.
