    This is a more honest group than the “$10 million in 8 states” post before – at least most are within the margin of error with Zillow – some are priced as true bargains. #1, 3, 5, 7 & 8 are bargains, 2,4 & 6 are ripoffs at any price over a few hundred grand. The good news? Now we know what 13,000 and 16,000 square foot mansions are really worth and what they should really cost – and as far as I’m concerned, no matter where they are.

    The home in Florida is listed at $1.99M because it’s not in south Florida. If the home were in Palm Beach County or anywhere south of that, the home would easily be listed in the $4’s.
