I think some of the renovations and remodeling should be left up to the buyer. Two tennis courts? Seriously? Gee, I’d rather have a helipad, or any of a dozen other enhancements.

You know Kenny, it is getting rather predictable as to who is posting anymore. Ever since Horses Ass showed up posting in comments is waaaaayyyy down. You know I REALLY miss the crumudgeon Grrrrrowler, cause at least when he was being Debbie Downer it was insightful. Although I am pretty sure everyone is still watching. Addictions like this do not go away….Awesome house. I wish they would design the basement but I will imagine what it could be.

You flatter me, I think! 🙂 I’m really not a curmudgeon, but I play one online. I do still lurk here almost daily and keep up with the goings-on.

As for this house, it could be spectacular. The exterior is lovely, and it will be even better if or when the east and west wings are taking down. It looks like it’s been used as a school or seminary, so I can’t imagine what kind of work there is to do inside.

It was meant as flattery!! I miss opening up a thread and seeing you or some of the others. When I see a house has a comment, I know who it is before I open it. :(…..this house could be so lovely. I hope that they take the time to restore it and not cut corners. I love the lay out. And I even like the 2 tennis courts!! 😛

I think the best remedy for lack of comments would be to post your own comments instead of calling other posters names – bad form in my opinion.

Ya’ know, I DON’T know how ANY Billionaire worth their billions could SOMEHOW scrape by living in this TINY LITTLE PLACE! I mean, it needs AT LEAST another 10,000 sq. ft. to be made livable with it’s own airport, mall, water treatment facility, self-sustaining farm, energy plant and whatever else ya’ might need to somehow endure living in such a microscopic joint. At least THAT way, a Billionaire could spend a WHOLE year owning it, instead of the normal six months that they do now.
